Thank you for taking the time to upload an OBI scan to therecordcollector.co.uk - your efforts are much appreciated. Please check that the item below is the correct one and then complete the form below to upload your scan. The scan should exist on your hard disc and ideally be a JPG, BMP or TIF file (although others, such as an MS Word Document may be OK too). If you are able to do so, please scan the OBI strip on your scanner at 300dpi.
